The use of this Website and all transactions is governed by the Law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Singapore Law.


Item Representation:

All images used in maywell.com.sg website are provided by the manufacturers, efforts are taken to ensure accurate representation of the products as possible. However, due to constraints like lighting, photo taking, or settings on your monitor, a product’s actual colour may vary slightly from the photo. Different batches of productions might also vary slightly in dimensions or colour.



Please make sure that the overall dimensions and the style of the products you ordered are suitable for the intended purpose. Please check all details on your order before purchase. Please seek clarification at enquiry@maywell.com.sg if anything is unclear.



  • Full payment must be made upon purchase.
  • Payment can be made by Visa, Master, Amex, Unionpay, Alipay, and WeChat-Pay via Red Dot Payment gateway.



An e-invoice will be sent to you after the confirmation of order. Should there be any errors in the details, please inform us within 24hours by emailing enquiry@maywell.com.sg with your invoice number. We will contact you within 1-2 working days to confirm and arrange delivery.

Please retain the invoice for warranty purposes and as proof of purchase.



  • Free delivery will be provided for all orders above $300.
  • Estimated delivery timeframe is 4 to 7 working days.
  • Should there be due to any unforeseen circumstances to cause any changes in delivery dates or time, please inform us at least 3 days before deliveries to allow us time to react.
  • We will try our best to accommodate your request for time of delivery. Our delivery team starts the day’s work from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
  • We reserve the right to change the delivery date/time should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
  • If no one is present to receive the delivery in the agreed time slot and a repeat delivery is required, this will incur an additional charge.
  • Self-collection is available in-store from 1pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday.



  • No installation included in product sales unless otherwise stated.


Damage policy:

  • Should there be any damage/defects of the product when delivered, please inform the delivery team within 24 hours.
  • Items that are damaged as a result of inappropriate use will also not be eligible for replacement/refund.
  • Maywell Lifestyles has the full discretion to decide and access individual case


Return and Refund policy:

  • Our products are all customized and are non-returnable or refundable.

Exchange policy:

We do not accept any form of exchanges.



All furnitures are backed by a 60days warranty. Please take a snapshot of the defect area, email to enquiry@maywell.com.sg, and we will get back to you within 3 working days to arrange for service of the defective item.

  • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of inappropriate use will also not be eligible for replacement.
  • Servicing after the warranty period is subject to labour charges on top of an assessment fee.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Maywell Lifestyles be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages or any damages or losses of any kind in any manner in connection with or arising out of this terms, the site, services or content, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim or whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or opportunity, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses. in the event that applicable law does not allow the exclusion of warranties stated herein or the limitation of liability stated herein, then users expressly agree that in no event will Maywell Lifestyles’ liability for any claim or damages hereunder exceed the amount paid by the relevant user to Maywell Lifestyles in respect of any product or service being the subject of that user’s claim.
